SHIPPING POLICIES

To return your product, please mail it to:
G-25/26, Laxminarayan Industrial Park, BRC Compound, Udhna, Surat, Gujarat, India – 394210.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING 

At YB, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We promise to provide the highest level of responsiveness to you at all times.

International customers (residing outside India) will receive shipping charges from our support team after placing their order. They will be contacted via message or call for assistance.*

All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

CUSTOMS

Orders shipped outside India may be subject to additional duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by your country; payment of these is required to release your order from customs upon arrival.

The final value of your order does not include any additional duties. The carrier will inform you of any such charges prior to delivery.

If you refuse to pay the duties required to release your order, the shipment will be returned to the YB warehouse and refunded. A shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGED GOODS

For any products damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us to file a claim. Kindly retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing the claim.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • India: 5–7 business days (Free).

  • International: Customers residing outside India will receive estimated delivery timelines and shipping charges from our support team after placing their order. They will be contacted via message or call for assistance.*

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via the shipping confirmation email.
